Rick is from Atlanta, Georgia
and is the co-host of Midlife
Road Trip. After a brush with
death in 2004, Rick determined
to live his life without regrets
and to encourage others do the
same. He describes himself as
a forty something year-old
adolescent with A.D.D. who
takes to the road as therapy for
his midlife crisis.

With loads of humor, Rick
utilizes Twitter, Facebook and
his ADDetours Blog to share
his love of travel, adventure,
food, wine, and music with the
followers. His motto:  "Life is a
journey...bring a camera!"
